our story
It started with my four-year-old.
He was obsessed with ice cream — and like any parent, I was desperate to get more protein and probiotics into him. Anyone with a four-year-old knows just how impossible that is.
So I made something better: a dessert soft and beautiful enough that he begged for it, but built on cultured Greek yogurt and kefir — high in protein, with no artificial colours and no shortcuts.
